For this reason, you must keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You can print the invoice from our web site on the final page of the order. We are not able to provide replacement invoices should yours become lost. All returns must include a copy of the invoice. We cannot warranty any item if you do not have your original invoice. Your receipt is your warranty.
All products purchased through LatchWell.com from PartsPros, Inc. are covered with a limited liability warranty. This warranty covers the product up to the purchase price only. By purchasing an item from PartsPros, Inc. the customer acknowledges and accepts that PartsPros, Inc. can not and will not be held liable for labor charges and/or any other expenses incurred from the use of, installation of, and/or failure of any part, and that the liability of PartsPros, Inc. shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item(s). This warranty is good for the original purchaser only and will not transfer when ownership of the vehicle changes. This warranty will cover the replacement of the item only. Refunds will not be issued on defective items. Buyer remorse refunds are subject to restocking fees. Warranty is limited to one replacement. We reserve the right to void a warranty if neglect, abuse, or improper installation is evident or caused the product failure.
